Her past leadership roles include CEO of D’todo Corp in Central America and executive positions in promotional distribution companies. She has a proven track record in increasing sales, optimizing operations, and expanding markets. Humberto Arguello is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with over 40 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, sales, and international trade. He began his career as a business consultant at the Central Bank of Nicaragua in the early 1970s and went on to found and manage various ventures in retail, fast food, construction materials, home furnishings, and commercial contracting in both Nicaragua and the U.S.

Humberto’s expertise spans manufacturing systems, imports/exports, promotional product development, and large-scale project management. His entrepreneurial ventures include founding shopping centers, fast-food chains, retail stores, tile installation companies, and ceramic production businesses, all of which he successfully scaled across multiple markets.

Known for his leadership and strong public-relations skills, Humberto has a proven ability to take businesses from concept to execution, leading high-performing teams and managing multi-million-dollar operations.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and has consistently applied his entrepreneurial approach to build and modernize companies across various sectors.
